MASABA GUPTA'S BABY SHOWER HOSTED BY SONAM KAPOOR
Fashion designer-actor Masaba Gupta and actor Satyadeep Misra are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their baby in the coming weeks. The couple announced the pregnancy via Instagram in April this year. This past Sunday, actors Sonam Kapoor and her sister, producer Rhea Kapoor, hosted a stunning baby shower for Masaba at their father, actor Anil Kapoor's home in Mumbai. The intimate event was attended by Masaba's close friends, with her mother Neena Gupta and father-to-be Satyadeep also present, as seen in photos shared by guests on Instagram Stories.

For the occasion, the mom-to-be donned a light brown gown, and many guests were spotted in complementary shades of brown, beige, and cream. A video from the event captured Neena giving a lighthearted speech, playfully teasing the fashion choices of one of Masaba's friends and Satyadeep, who was seen laughing throughout. Numerous photos of Masaba posing with Sonam, Rhea, and others at the celebration were also shared by their friends. The party’s decor featured golden balloons, an abundance of white flowers, and greenery.
Masaba reshared a party photo with Sonam and Rhea, expressing her gratitude with the caption, "Best hosts ever... got too lucky..." Masaba and Satyadeep tied the knot in January of last year, reportedly after meeting in 2020 on the set of her show, Masaba Masaba. In April, Masaba shared a joint post with her husband, featuring three images, one of which showed the couple seated on the floor.
In her post, she wrote, “In other news - two little feet are on their way to us! Please send love, blessings and banana chips (plain salted ONLY)... baby on board... mom and dad.” Neena, a veteran actor, also shared her daughter's post on Instagram, adding, "Humare bacchon ka baccha aane Wala hai. Isse zyada Khushi ki baat Kya ho sakti hai (My children are about to have a child. What could be happier news?)"
