I Used To Give Autographs; Says Sarfira Starrer Radhikka Madan

Radhikka Madan stole the spotlight in Sudha Kongara's 'Sarfira.' Acting alongside superstar Akshay Kumar, she not only held her own but also became the emotional and spirited essence of the film.

In a conversation with Popdiaries, The Sarfira Actress opened up about her character in Sarfira, the BTS and much more.

Radhika has also played major roles in many films like Angrezi Medium, Paatakha, Kacchey Limbu. Talking about her characters in her films she said, "  I just want to live different lives. I get bored with one life very easily. So I'm bored with Radhika's life. So I like playing different lives. I pick characters which scare the hell out of me. It comes naturally and I like taking that stand."

Talking about her character in Sarfira she added that, "  Rani came to me at a point when I had just finished shooting for Sana, which was a really dark film. And I was in a dark space mentally,  But I read Rani and she came as a breath of fresh air. She reminded me who I actually was. I had forgotten that part of me. Because of the characters that I had played in all these years, I had forgotten that part of me. So she came in at the right time, reminded me of who I was, lifted me up, was a perfect rebound and left.

When asked about Behind the scenes  during the shoot and with Akshay Kumar Radhikka revealed that, " He used to make fun of me because I used to be engrossed in my script. And I used to ask for a lot of takes, even when the director used to say, okay.  So he used to make a bet with the ladies that she'll ask for one more take."
