Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has completed 25 years in the film industry, and currently he is on a tour visiting fans in cities such as Atlanta, Houston, New Jersey and Chicago. However, his recent fan event in Dallas received backlash online as many attendees were unhappy with the management.
One of his fans at the meet and greet event took to Reddit to share that she spent USD 1500, which is Rs. 1.25 lakhs, to meet Hrithik but she did not even get the chance to meet him. The fan named Ayesha wrote, “Spent $1500 + general admission tickets for each person to meet Hrithik Roshan and I didn’t even get a picture. Refused to take pictures with half the meet and greet line and turned us away even though we spent so much money. We waited 2 hours in line just to get refused?? Not to mention it was outside in such cold weather. He showed up for a 30 minute show. Waste of VIP!!! Oh yes they won't even give us a refund!! Love Hrithik but this event was so unorganised even he was annoyed.”

The event was hosted by Sophie Chaudhary and some fans pointed out that Hrithik looked irritated throughout the event. Many users online bashed the event’s poor management, and blamed the organisers, with one user saying, “Deeply disappointed by the shocking mismanagement at the event. Our kids prepared for over 2 months, only to be made to wait over 8 hours in unsafe, overcrowded conditions — without even basic offering of water. The organizers cheated them of their moment and played with their emotions. This experience has left a scar that these children will carry for a long time. Totally unacceptable and we parents will be considering to sue the organisers who cared only about their own promotion without any regard of kids and parent’s feelings, time, and money spent.”
As part of his ongoing U.S. fan tour, Hrithik Roshan will make stops in the Bay Area on April 13, Chicago on April 12, and New Jersey on April 10.
