DP Rents Apartment In Prabhadevi For 7 Lakh With Ranveer Singh

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have rented an apartment in Mumbai's Prabhadevi area for ₹7 lakh a month. The agreement is for three years, as per property registration records shared by Square Yards.

The couple's apartment is on the 24th floor of Beau Monde Towers and has a carpet area of 2,319 sq ft. They paid deposit of ₹21 lakh for it.

Prabhadevi, in Central Mumbai, is well-connected to both the Western and Central suburbs. It also has easy access to major roads like the Western Express Highway and the Worli-Bandra Sea Link.

The apartment includes three reserved car parking spaces. The rental agreement was registered on November 13, 2024, and the landlord is Aruna Babulal Varma, as per SquareYards.

The rent is in two phases: ₹7 lakh per month for the first 18 months and ₹7.35 lakh per month for the next 18 months. A stamp duty of ₹66,200 and a registration fee of ₹1,000 were paid for the agreement, as per the documents.

Deepika Padukone already owns a property in Beau Monde Towers, a luxury residential complex by the Ashwin Sheth Group, which offers 2, 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments.
