Actor Divya Dutta had strong words for IndiGo after she was checked into a canceled flight without any notice. She arrived at the airport and shared a video expressing her frustration with the airline for not providing any assistance.
On Thursday morning, Divya Dutta shared a video from what appeared to be the deserted Mumbai airport gate. She explained that her flight had been canceled without any notification. Tagging IndiGo, she wrote, “Thank you for a very horrendous experience in the wee hours! No notification of a cancelled flight..am checked in on a cancelled flight. The flight announcement reflects at the gate!”
Divya also mentioned that there was no airline staff available to help her at the gate, leading to what she described as "huge harassment.“No staff to assist! Huge harassment at the gate to exit ad no staff from @indigo.6e @indigoairways present...and the high-headed approach to t passengers! My shoot got effected and I am terribly upset."
Mumbai faced heavy rain from Wednesday evening into Thursday morning, causing many flights to be delayed or canceled. However, as Divya and several commenters noted, the airlines failed to inform passengers about the cancellations, leading to issues for many people at the airport.
