Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has been achieving great things lately, first, with the birth of her daughter earlier this month, and now by purchasing a new property worth Rs.17 crores in Bandra.
Deepika Padukone bought an apartment in the Bandra West area in Mumbai. Deepika’s company, KA entertainment made this purchase and the deal was registered on September 12, according to the reports. This premium 1845 sq ft apartment was bought at Rs. 17.8 crores. The built-up area rate works out to be ₹96,400 per sq ft. Some reports also suggest that this property is close to that of Anju Bhavnani’s house. Anju Bhavnani is Deepika’s mother-in-law aka Ranveer Singh’s mother.
The apartment is located in the Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society and is part of a complex that offers both 4 BHK and 5 BHK apartments. The apartment is situated on the 15th floor, offering a view of the cityscape.
According to the documents the deal had a stamp duty of nearly Rs. 1.07 crore and registration charges were of Rs. 30,000. The documents also show the seller as Enorm Nagpal Realty and the buyer as KA Enterprises.
Deepika Padukone was last seen in Kalki 2989, starring alongside Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan. She also gave birth to her daughter on September 8, and has made the decision to keep her away from media and paparazzi.
