Bollywood Director Sajid Khan Sells Mumbai Juhu Apartment for 6.1 Crore

Bollywood film director Sajid Khan, who is the brother of the well-known choreographer Farah Khan, has sold his apartment in Mumbai's Juhu area for ₹6.1 crore, as revealed by documents obtained from Square Yards.

Bollywood film director Sajid Khan, who is the brother of the well-known choreographer Farah Khan, has sold his apartment in Mumbai's Juhu area for ₹6.1 crore, as revealed by documents obtained from Square Yards. Khan’s property was situated in the Beach House Co-operative Housing Society, located in Mumbai's Juhu area.

Sajid Khan’s apartment, which spans 2,176 square feet and includes a dedicated car parking space of 220 square feet, was sold in June this year. The transaction involved a stamp duty of ₹36.6 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000, according to the documents.

Sajid Khan launched his career in the entertainment industry in 1995 as the host of the TV show Main Bhi Detective. He made his directorial debut in 2006 with Darna Zaroori Hai, an anthology film consisting of six short stories, where he directed one of the segments. Khan is widely recognized for his successful contributions to the Housefull film series, as well as his work on Heyy Babyy (2007) and Humshakals (2014). Additionally, he gained prominence as a judge on the Indian reality television show Nach Baliye.

Lately, there have been a lot of real estate deals involving Bollywood celebrities in Mumbai.
