Bipasha Basu Shares Mysterious Post
When Mika Singh exposed his negative work experiences with Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover on web series 'Dangerous', he made headlines nationwide. The project was backed by Mika, and in a recent interview, he accused Bipasha of throwing tantrums, claiming that the series turned into a costly and frustrating ordeal. According to him, the dramatic behavior from the actress made him realise it had been a bad decision to participate in film production. Bipasha recently posted an abstract message about toxic individuals following widespread media attention about the controversial interview with Mika.
In her Instagram story, Bipasha Basu shared a quote by Dr. Anne Brown, which read, “Toxic people create chaos, point fingers, shift blame and avoid taking responsibility." She then added, “Stay away from toxicity and negativity. God bless all. Durga Durga," along with folded hand emojis. While Bipasha did not name Mika or address the controversy, fans wonder if she has responded to his allegations.
In an interview, Mika Singh talked about the challenges he faced while working with Bipasha and Karan. “Why do you think they’re out of work now? God is watching everything," he said. He said that he liked Karan a lot and wanted to produce a low-budget film of about Rs 4 crore. Unable to afford Vikram Bhatt as a director, he settled for having him write the story and brought in Bhushan Patel, known for directing Alone, a film that had previously starred Bipasha in a double role. Mika said that he was contemplating to make the series with Karan and another actress. However, Bipasha insisted on joining the project.
“The shoot was set in London, and the budget increased from Rs 4 crore to Rs 14 crore. And the drama created by Bipasha ensured that I would always regret getting into production," he said. He also claimed that Bipasha started making demands and refusing to do certain scenes. “These out-of-work actresses complain about bad luck, but they should learn to respect producers who bring them opportunities. They are your god. They’d rather take minuscule roles in a Dharma film but won’t show the same respect to independent producers, despite getting paid just as much," he claimed.
