Anees Bazmee On The Clash Between Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 And Singham Again

Anees Bazmee’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again are set to clash at the box office on 1 November. Both films are considered to be the biggest films of the Hindi Film Industry, filled with a massive star cast.

In a recent interview, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’s Director, Anees Bazmee, expressed his feelings about this clash. He said he would have prepared a solo release because the lack of competition helped the film. “You can only plan your film. You can’t control others. You’ve to leave everything to time and the situation. Main manta hoon ki har film ki kundli hoti hai. If things go as planned, it’s great. If not, that’s even better, as it’s god’s plan,” he said.

Anees revealed that he liked the trailer of Singham Again, his competition and would go to watch the film. He said that he and Ajay did not get a chance to speak because both have a tight schedule promoting their movies. He prayed for the success of both films at the box office. He said, “Diwali ka waqt hai and do filmein kyun nahi chal sakti hai? We’ve seen such instances happen in the past where both films have worked.” 

He expressed no ill will for that movie as he is friends with Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar and Rohit Shetty. He believes personal and professional life should be kept separate at all costs. Anees made his Hindi film debut with Hulchul, starring Ajay Devgn and has been friends ever since. “People like him know what kind of a person I am. My relationships are as important to me as my films. I look at profit and loss very differently, and I don’t bring friendship between these things. My love for them will always remain intact,” he said.

Singham Again stars Ajay Devgn alongside Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Tiger Schroff, while Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 stars Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit.
