Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan are on a property-buying spree, acquiring 10 apartments in Mumbai's Mulund area. The total value of these properties is ₹24.95 crore, as revealed by property registration documents accessed by Square Yards.
According to property registration documents, 10 apartments have been purchased in the Oberoi Eternia project by Oberoi Realty.
Oberoi Realty's Eternia project features ready-to-move-in 3 and 4 BHK apartments. The property spans 10,216 sq ft, includes 10 apartments, and provides 20 parking spaces, as per the documentation.
According to the documents, eight of the apartments have a carpet area of 1,049 sq ft each, while two apartments have 912 sq ft each.
The documents show that stamp duty of ₹1.5 crore and a registration fee of ₹3 lakh were paid for 10 apartments, all of which were registered on October 9, 2024.
According to a note from Square Yards, Abhishek Bachchan purchased six of these apartments for a total of Rs. 14.77 crore, while Amitabh Bachchan bought the remaining four apartments.
They also have invested over 100 Cr in the real estate alone in 2024 which includes properties in Oshiwara and Magathane(Borivli East)
