Akshay Kumar Sells Mumbai Properties, Know Shocking Price Here:

Akshay Kumar has sold two of his apartments in Mumbai for Rs 6.60 crore, making an impressive 89 per cent return on the investment. The properties resides in Borivali East area. According to the reports in property registration documents reviewed by SquareYards, the apartments were part of actors portfolio in Oberoi Sky City, a luxury project by Oberoi Realty.

The first apartment which was bought by the actor in 2017 is an apartment of 1,080 sq. ft. The property was then purchased for Rs. 2.82 Cr and now sold at price Rs. 5.35 Cr on March 20, 2025. The second property which was acquired in 2017 measures, 252 sq. ft. for Rs. 67.19 Lakh and now has sold for Rs. 1.25 Cr. 

The buyers of these apartments are Piyush Shah And Purvi Shah. The sale also included car parking spaces and the total stamp duty paid for the transactions amounted to nearly Rs 40 Lakh with a registration fees costs Rs 60,000.

This is Akshay Kumar's third sale in the 2025 which marks his current stand on his Real Estate investments in Mumbai. The actor has built extensive real estate investment in cities like Mumbai, Goa and Abroad as well.
