'Acting is all I can do' Vikrant Massey clarifies on shocking post

Bollywood Actor Vikrant Massey clarifies his recent Instagram post, which shook not just his fans but the entire film industry because his message was not received properly. The clarification sheds more light on what he meant by his post.

Yesterday, on January 2, he posted a note on his Instagram saying that he would recalibrate and go back home to look after his duties of being a husband and a father. However, his post was misunderstood by the masses who believed that he was going to quit his acting career and flooded his post. 

Today, he clarified with a statement, and said, “Acting is all I can do. And it has given me everything I have. My physical and mental health has taken a hit. I just want to take some time off, want to better my craft. I feel a sense of monotony at the moment. My post has been misinterpreted. That I am quiting or retiring from acting. I want to take some time off to focus on my family and health. I would be back when the time feels right.”

Vikrant will return to the film industry when he is ready. For now, his recent film, The Sabarmati Report, was a great success, and two more films are lined up for release, one in December and the next in 2025.
