BLACKPINK’s Lisa is set to star in the third season of HBO’s hit series The White Lotus. A teaser released on August 5 (KST) did not feature Lisa but sparked controversy due to its yellowish hue, a color often used by Hollywood to depict "third-world countries" negatively.

They hope this is not reflective of the entire series, as Lisa, who has always showcased Thailand’s rich aesthetics, deserves better representation.
