After PUBG was banned because of its Chinese management and origins, A Bengaluru-based technology company has come up with an indigenously Indian RPG battle royale online smartphone game.

FAU-G, the name of the game, might be similar in sound and name, but it was one of the few names which gained national level popularity with just a few hours after the government of India banned PUBG Mobile and 117 other Chinese apps.

This ban was done over privacy concerns, as Chinese apps have an inclination towards spying after the software penetrates deep into the smartphone hardware.

Fau-G has been made by nCore games, a Bengaluru-based technology company. The company has come up with an indigenous battle royale game which his based on a similar gameplay style of PUBG

But do you know what is cool about the game app? We are not going to talk about the features now because all this has been mentioned time and again. You all must be aware that this app is now being promoted by Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and entrepreneur Vishal Gondal.

FAU-G has gained a huge following on social media due to the endorsement by the star and the entrepreneur. Akshay Kumar has also tweeted about FAU-G.

In his promotional tweet, Akshay also announced, 20 per cent of the revenue shares from all the revenue generated by the FAU-G game, will be donated to the Bharat Ke Veer, the government’s fund-raising initiative for the Bharat Ke Veer Trust which donates necessary funds to the Indian Army and other security and paramilitary forces.

Entrepreneur Vishal Gondal, CEO of wearable fitness brand GOQii, has invested an undisclosed sum in nCore Games and is also a strategic advisor to the company.

Gondal had earlier made and run India Games in 1999, which he sold to Disney in 2011.

FAU-G has been labeled as a contribution to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Atma Nirbhar Bharat (self-reliant India) initiative.

However, this support towards smaller industries show a unique sense of balance within Akshay Kumar and his choice of brands that he supports! A man who touches anything turns gold, including the box office with his films!
