As decided, On April 7 new song of Suga And IU came out. For the song AUGST-D and IU are reuniting together once again. As the previous song 'eight' was a huge award winning hit and loved by all.

The new single titled People Pt.2 follow up to 'People' from his 2020 mixtape, D-2.

After the MV premiered, in a special segment the rapper revealed that he wrote this song during the height of the pandemic when he thought "I lost everything". "Conveys the message I wanted to tell myself," says Suga.

The MV starts with a black and white frame showing the dark time we all faced during the covid-19 pandemic. With the voice IU lyrics start 'So time is yet now, right here to go; I know, you know, anything does know; So time is yet now, right here to go; Nobody doesn’t know anymore', depicting the boredom and laziness we during the time.

During those days we all got so self-centered, felt a sense or urge of doing nothing as everything has just stopped and is about to end. We kind of felt helpless and actually trapped as the news of losing our dear ones made us mourn daily twice or thrice.

There were days when we hid our feelings and true desires for the sake of our people and sometimes got raged up and made others cry. Symbolizing the same as we do when we our in love and the person we love leave us. Suga also talk about the past of his life, as while singing the lyrics he shows his emotions of asking what truly the love is and what is for? Saying he was never loved as a child and now he is cautious as he acts defensive when love approaches to him. The whole MV is filmed very aesthetically, every clip is screaming the parts of loneliness and wanting to be with someone. As if asking for help and support. Like we felt in 2020, during pandemic.
