Kriti Sanon on Pop Kaun: "When she told me about the concept, I found it really really funny"

The comedy legends of Bollywood are back together in a Disney+ Hotstar show 'Pop Kaun'. The audience is excited to watch Pop Kaun as talented and veteran actors like Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Satish Kaushik and Saurabh Shukla are in the show.

Pop Kaun revolves around Kunal Khemu's character trying to find his father and the fiasco that happens in the search for his real father.

Pop Kaun stars several actors such as: Kunal Khemu, Johny Lever, Ashwini Kalsekar, Saurabh Shukla, Satish Kaushik, Nupur Sanon, Jamie Lever, Rajpal Yadav and Tasha Bhambra.

Meanwhile, Nupur will be making her acting debut in the show. Satish Kaushik, who will also star in the show, passed away on March 9 at the age of 66. The cause of his death is reported to be cardiac arrest, according to a post-mortem report.

Helmed by Farhad Samjhi, Pop Kaun is all set to stream on Disney+ Hotstar from March 17.

Ayushmann Khurrana payed tribute to the Satish Kaushik by sharing the poster in his instagram story, as this is late Satish Kaushik's last show.

Actor Siddharth Nigam has also shared visited the launch and shared the post in his Instagram story, congratulating the team.

Kriti Sanon attended the same to support her sister Nupur Sanon, by arriving on a bike instead of a car to beat the traffic.

However, several netizens pointed out that she was not wearing a helmet.

In the video, Kriti Sanon is seen arriving at the Juhu PVR by riding at the back of a bike. She gets down and hurries to get clicked before making her way inside the theatre. Kriti looks stunning in a loose shiny black pair of pants along with a grey cutout top. Her makeup is also on point. She did her a hair in a half bun.

Kriti said "If she asks me anything I'm there to guide but everyone should have their own journey. When she told me about the concept I found it really really funny and something like this has not come on OTT".
