The Toronto premiere of SRK's movie Devdas coincides with Pathaan's triumph. The Sanjay Leela Bhansali-directed film, which also stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, had its world debut as a part of Love Will Tear Us Apart, which is shown in the Bell Lightbox of the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).
