Pathaan stars, Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham have not done a single promotion on any reality shows or even done interviews with the media.
Maybe, they were just waiting for the mega success of Pathaan, the trio came together for the first time to attend a press conference on the movie’s success. All three stars who played lead roles in the movie attended the press conference with the director, Siddharth Anand where they interacted with the media.
In the press conference, Shah Rukh even slightly gave a hint of Pathaan 2, when Siddharth Anand said, “Pathaan aayi hai, hit hui hai. Uske baad kya banayege?”, fans screamed, “Pathaan 2.” Siddharth replied: “Insha allah.” The Ra:One actor further added about Pathaan sequel, “This is a big day for us, my family. We haven’t experienced this happiness in a while. Whenever he (Siddharth Anand) wants me to do Pathaan 2, I’ll do it. If they want to make a sequel, it’ll be my honour to do it.”
In the event, SRK even spoke about his desire to be an action hero while also thanking Salman Khan for making a special appearance in Pathaan.
Pathaan is doing exceptionally well at the box office. Till now, the numbers are only rising. Seeing the success, the makers organised a press conference for the stars for the first time. For the event today, Deepika wore a pretty floral dress whereas SRK and John looked dapper as usual wearing formal shirts and trousers.
