BTS Jungkook revealed details about his nightly ritual for getting to sleep early.

Jungkook says that napping shortly after eating is really harmful. He spoke "avoid going to bed shortly after eating. It hurts your stomach a lot. Take a minute to unwind before softly drifting off to sleep."

Prior to going to bed at night, he performs some stretching exercises and challenging ab crunches to help him fall asleep quickly.

He further disclosed "My room is always at the perfect temperature for me. I can't sleep if the temperature is too high or too low."

He also like to go to bed early and doesn't remain up late. He said that when you deviate from your cycle, such as by sleeping in the morning or staying up late, you won't feel drowsy the next day.

He went on to say, "The next day, I attempt to remain up till the evening, despite feeling a little drowsy. I attempt to stay up at night till I fall asleep."
