The latest Marvel flick, opened to a thunderous response in its first weekend. Unfortunately, the comic flick dropped heavily on the weekdays, bringing the first week total to Rs 79 crore.

It sustained well in the second weekend but fell on the weekdays. As per early trade report, the action drama minted Rs 1.2 crore, bringing the 13 days total to around Rs 92 crore.

The other release of the week was Bollywood film, Khuda Haafiz 2, which starred the action star, Vidyut Jammwal. The first part was released in 2020 on OTT and had garnered good viewership on Disney+Hotstar which led to the theater release of second part.

Though the action drama opened to Rs 1.30 crore on Friday, the Saturday collected escalated to Rs 1.72 crore followed by a very good Rs 3.13 crore on Sunday. It held well on the weekdays, bringing the first week total to Rs 10 crore at the box office. It could not do much in the second week. It collected around Rs 25 lakhs on second Tuesday, bringing the overall total to Rs 12.80 crore. The budget of Khud Haafiz 2 is Rs 27 crore.
