Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is back on-screen after 4 years. She was last seen in the year 2018 in the film Fanney Khan. Aishwarya will now be taking over the screens with the role of queen Nandini. ruler of Pazhuvoor in Mani Ratnam’s upcoming film Ponniyin Selvan: Part One. The makers on Wednesday shared a fresh poster of Aishwarya’s look from the film and the poster set the internet on fire.
Aishwarya dressed in bespoke silk and traditional jewelry and her mesmerizing look on the poster. She is taking her eyes away from the camera with her hair styled in a middle-parted touseled do. She flaunted a statement nose pin with a medium-sized red bindi and a maang-tika adorning her forehead.
Fans are waiting to see her on-screen for a long time and couldn’t resist talking about her grace and essence on social media. She plays the role of queen Nandini, also as the wife of the commander of the Chola Army. Periya Pazhuvettaraiyar. Ratnam’s PS 1 is based on Kalki Krishnamurthy’s book with the same title. It shows the early life of Chola Prince Arulmozhi Varman who is popularly regarded as the greatest and the most powerful king of his time in South India. He is often named Raja Raja Chola.

Ppnniyin Selvan Part One is Mani Ratnam’s dream project and one of the most expensive films made in the history of Indian cinema. It features a prominent casting with Trisha Krishnan, Jayam Ravi, Jayaram, Sobhita Dhulipala, Vikram Prabhu, and Prakash Raj playing historical characters. The film is set to release on September 30 in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. The music of PS 1 is created by AR Rahman while it’s produced by Lyca Production and Mani Ratnam’s Madras Talkies.
