Amber Heard and Johnny Depp libel case was the most talk of the town topic across the media platforms. Netizens too were closely following the case and were giving their opinions. The majority of the opinion was from Johnny Depp's side. People supported him more. On the other hand, Amber Heard was getting trolled on social media platforms. Her memes and videos were shared on these platforms.
Recently, during one of the interviews, Amber Heard has opened up about these trolls. She revealed receiving agony. However, she has not blamed the jury for the same. She said, "even somebody who is sure I'm deserving of all this hate and vitriol, even if you think that I'm lying, you still couldn't look me in the eye and tell me that you think on social media there's been a fair representation."
It was a high-octane case of a former Hollywood couple whose trial was live-streamed and millions of the fans of the two were watching it closely. A lot of private information of these celebs also got revealed in the public domain. She said, "I don't presume the average person should know those things. And so I don't take it personally."
People's opinion during the trial was more inclined towards Johnny Depp's side. Further, talking about the formation of public opinion, she stated, "How could they make a judgement, how could they not come to that conclusion? I don't blame them. I actually understand he's a beloved character. And people feel they know him. He's a fantastic actor."
When the interviewer intervened and asked her whether Jury should have looked into the matter did not favor Johnny Depp because of public opinion. Amber said, "Again, how could they (not be) -- after listening to three and a half weeks of testimony about how I was a non-credible person, not to believe a word that came out of my mouth?"
