Shraddha Kapoor's brother Siddhant Kapoor Tests Positive For Drugs When Caught At A Rave Party!

Siddhant Kapoor (Shraddha Kapoor's Brother) has been caught in a major drug controversy. He has been detained in Bengaluru after being caught consuming drugs on Sunday night. He has been detained by the police of Bengaluru.

DCP of the east division of Bengaluru Dr. Bheemashankar S. Guled told, "Siddhanth Kapoor has tested positive for drugs. He has been brought to Ulsoor Police Station."

Shakti Kapoor his father has no calls on this news. Siddhant Kapoor has worked as an assistant director on films like 'Bhagam Bhag', 'Chup Chup Ke', and 'Bhool Bhulaiya'. While he has featured in Bollywood movies like 'Jazbaa', 'Haseena Parkar' and 'Chehre'.

Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan's Son was given a clean chit in the drug case by NCB Narcotics Control Bureau after he was arrested in a cruise drugs bust case last year. He spent nearly a month in jail last year and was let out on bail. The NCB’s charge sheet in the matter, dismissed the case against Aryan Khan, citing ‘lack of sufficient evidence. He is among the 6 people who have been caught consuming drugs.

Siddhant Kapoor is an assistant film director and Indian Film actor who works in Bollywood films. He is the brother of Shraddha Kapoor.

According to police, the rave party was on at a posh hotel on the MG Road on Sunday night when a police team raided the place and arrested them. Besides Kapoor, five more people have been arrested, sources in the police said. 

The police had unearthed drug abuse in a section of the Kannada film industry in 2020. They had then arrested actors Ragini Dwivedi and Sanjjanaa Galrani and former minister late Jeevaraj Alva's son Aditya Alva.

In the year 2020, Shraddha Kapoor was grilled by NCB in the drug case following the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. During the grilling, Shraddha Kapoor denied consuming drugs but alleged that Rajput had consumed drugs. She was one of the guests at the late actor's party to celebrate the success of their film Chhichhore at his farmhouse in Pawana. The actor had also reportedly admitted to the chats she exchanged with actor Rhea Chakraborty's former manager Jaya Saha. 

Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh were also grilled by the anti-drug probe agency along with Sharddha Kapoor. Rhea Chakraborty, Sushant Rajput's girlfriend was arrested in connection with the probe into the drugs angle related to the actor's death. She was released from Byculla jail after the Bombay high court granted her bail.
