Kim Kardashian attended Met Gala 2022 her boyfriend Pete Davidson. Met Gala was held on this Monday. She is now been criticised and trolled on social media for loosing 7kgs in 3 weeks to fit into pop culture icon Marilyn Monroe’s iconic sheer embellished dress that she wore for fashion’s biggest night.

There is a sparkling number that Kim wore on the Met Gala carpet this year was first worn by monroe in the year 1962.

Where she performed “Happy Birthday, Mr. President” for former US President John F. Kennedy. Her dress is been on display at Ripley’s Believe It or Not museum in Orlando since its purchase in 2016 for a whopping $4.81 million.

Kim in a conversation with Vogue said that the dress did not fit to her at first. So decided to loose some weight.  “Give me 3 weeks. I had to lose 16 pounds down today. It was such a challenge,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star said.

People took Twitter and wrote on it and for promoting unhealthy diet culture. “Kim Kardashian saying she had to lose 16 lbs in 3 weeks to fit in that Met Gala dress and stating it like it is some great accomplishment and not just insane is... a problem,” a user wrote.
