Kartik Aaryan Breaks His Silence On Fall Out Over Dostana 2 With Karan Johar!

In the previous year, Kartik Aaryan had made an exit from the sequel of Dostana. Which intimated a kind of conflict between him and Karan Johar's Dharma Production. A few days back he spoke about it and also mentioned that stories about rift were just rumors and people he is focusing on his work.

Karan Johar's Dharma production made Dostana 2. Last year, Dharma Production made an official announcement about recasting Kartik Aaryan for Dostana 2. In an interview with Indian Express Kartik, aaryan said that “I just focus on my work. That’s all I would like to say about this. Look at my (film) line-up (right now).”

Reacting to the controversy mentioned about his carrier suffering due to his non-filmy background, “What happens, at times, is people make ‘baat ka batangad’. There is nothing more to it. No one has so much time. Everybody just wants to work, do good work. Other than that, things are just rumors," the actor added.

When Kartik Aryan Exited Dostana 2

Dharma Production shared a statement on his official Instagram handle “Due to professional circumstances, on which we have decided to maintain dignified silence- we will be recasting Dostana 2, directed by Collin D’Cunha. Please wait for the official announcement soon .”

Kartik Aaryan is now awaited towards the release of his next film with Kiara Advani and Tabu Bhool Bulaiyana 2. Kartik Aaryan also has remake of Allu Arjun's Ala Vaikunthapurramaloo. This Hindi remake has been titled Shehzada. Besides these, Kartik's upcoming projects include Freddy, Captain India, and Sajid Nadiadwala's untitled next.
