With Karthik & Maxwell’s smashing innings and power packed bowling performance Royal Challengers Bangalore have pulled if off from Delhi easily. RCB have placed themselves on third place in the points table while Delhi capitals are on eighth place after losing three matches.

After winning toss Rishabh Pant opted bowl and invited Faf & Company to bat first, though they proved their decision right in the first few overs. As Anuj Rawat went on the golden duck whereas Faf Du Plessis & Kohli again failed to be consistent with their batting inputs.

On the other hand RCBs middle order had some different plans for Delhi bowlers as Maxwell, Shahbaz Ahmed & Karthik strike in attacking mode and took the target to 189 runs. Maxwell scored 55 off 34 balls while Ahmed scored 32 off 21. RCBs hero Karthik scored 66 runs off 34 balls with the strike rate of 194.12 with 5 fours & 5 sixes.

While chasing the huge target Delhi again started well but couldn’t continue the momentum. David Warner scored 66 runs off 38 balls with 5 sixes for 4 fours but no one else didn’t helped him through. Same happened with captain Rishabh Pant in the middle overs where exactly RCB bowlers kicked off and took wickets in quick succession. Josh Hazlewood took two important wickets in one over and turned the match.
