The advance booking collection for Bahubali 2 was Rs 37.53 crore but KGF 2 has overtaken those numbers. The recent trade report shows that KGF 2 has minted Rs 38-39 crore in the advance booking though the numbers can go higher.

With this collection, KGF 2 has crossed the opening day figure of Prabhas starrer Bahubali 2 which minted Rs 41 crore in Hindi version and Aamir Khan starrer Thugs Of Hindostan which collected Rs 50.75 crore. There are chances it might even cross WAR which still holds the record of highest opening day figure with Rs 51.60 crore in the Hindi version.
