Indian-American singer-songwriter Falguni Shah aka Falu, her stage name, who recently won the coveted Grammy Award for her album ‘A Colorful World’ in the Best Children’s music album category, recently met former PepsiCO CEO Indra Nooyi over lunch and the two bonded over their mutual interests and ideas.

Both Falu and Ms.Nooyi being role models for women across the globe discussed about chasing their dreams and their relentless perseverance.

Being working mothers, both have had to maintain a fine balance in order to achieve the feats that they have.

They spoke at length how women around the world mustn’t let go off their dreams and despite every obstacle in one’s path, its the journey and the eventual goal that matters.
