The excitement around & Alia Bhatt’s wedding is getting higher around the city as updates comes in:

As the day comes closer for the wedding of Alia-Ranbir, the excitement goes palpable. While the couple and their families are busy with wrapping up their work commitments & wedding plans the pre-wedding festivities are set to begin & preparations are going in swing.

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are getting married on April 15 and fans have been ecstatic. Theirs will be a private wedding with close friends and families of the couple in attendance. While we have already shared visuals of the well-lit wedding venue, today, glimpses of curtains being put up outside Alia and Ranbir’s wedding venue are going viral.

After the wedding venue was decorated with lights yesterday, curtains are being put up in Vastu to ensure there are no leaked visuals from Ranbir and Alia’s D-Day. Workers were seen blocking the wedding venue with long, white curtains.

To avoid security breaches and to ensure there is no leak of photos and videos, the wedding planners, who are overseeing Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s big day, have been issued special-coloured wristbands to those who are part of their logistical team. These orange-coloured bands have tags encoded on them to give them access to key points inside the Vaastu building premises where the wedding is taking place.

customised footwear is being made for Ranbir and Alia from the same brand that Vicky Kaushal-Katrina Kaif chose for their marriage. A source informs, "Ranbir and Alia are very particular about their fashion choices and they had very clear choices of brands for their wedding styling. The wedding footwear will be custom made shoes from Joy, the same brand that gave Vicky-Katrina's footwear, and regularly makes shoes for Amitabh Bachchan."

Ranbir and Alia’s pre-wedding festivities will start on April 13. While the two will get married at Ranbir’s apartment in Vastu, Mumbai, their pre-wedding ceremonies will take place at RK House in Chembur. RK House is already lit up and decorated for the wedding. Security has been beefed up on the premises.
