From the visual story teller, SS Rajamouli, who made films like Magadheera, Eega (Makhi in Hindi), Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, the expectations from his fans and audience alike soared high when they saw the motion poster, first trailer of Ram Charan And Jr. NTR starrer RRR was supposed to release on 31st July, 2020 but the makers pushed it due to the unwanted pandemic situation. The Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt starrer received solid reviews as per Book My Show led to a gigantic opening with Rs 20.07 crore in Hindi language followed by a solid Rs 23.75 crore on Saturday and even better Rs 31.50 crore on Sunday. The collections were really good on Monday with Rs 17 crore which showed a slight fall as compared to Friday followed by a stellar Rs 15.02 crore on Tuesday and Rs 13 crore on Wednesday.

This Year That Day Box Office Report- When Baaghi 2 And One Two Ka Four Were Released

As per early trade report, the biopic drama showed yet another good hold on Thursday as compared to Wednesday and minted somewhere between Rs 10.50-11.50 crore in the Hindi version, bringing the total 7 days to around Rs 132 crore. RRR collected Rs 27 crore in all languages (rough trade estimates), bringing the overall total to around Rs 475 crore. The budget of RRR is estimated to be around Rs 600 crore.

RRR has been released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. The pre-independence drama is  produced by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment and is based on the lives of freedom fighters Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem
