Oh My Girl’s Yoo Bin Tests Positive For COVID-19

Oh My Girl member Yoo Bin has tested positive for COVID-19.

Oh My Girl’s Yoo Bin agency WM Entertainment confirmed through a statement that Yoo Bin has been diagnosed with the virus. Here is what the statement says :

Hello, this is WM Entertainment.
We are informing you that Oh My Girl’s Yoo Bin has tested positive for the virus.
After hearing that someone tested positive for COVID-19 during [Oh My Girl] member Hyojung’s schedule on January 27, all members and related staff preemptively took PCR tests although they did not receive an official request from the disease control authorities.
According to the test results that we received this morning, all members and the staff, except for Yoo Bin, tested negative for COVID-19.
Yoo Bin already received the second dose of her COVID-19 vaccine, but she was diagnosed with the virus on the morning of January 28, and she is taking necessary measures and getting rest in accordance with the guidelines of the disease control authorities.
We would like to inform you that all Oh My Girl appearances at the 11th Gaon Chart Music Awards stage held on January 27, including the performances and awards ceremony, were pre-recorded before the PCR testing.
We will consider the safety of artists and employees as our top priority, and we will faithfully cooperate to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by complying with the quarantine guidelines of the disease control authorities.
