Long time couple Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar finally got hitched yesterday in Goa. According to their cultural roots, Mouni and Suraj had two weddings. As Suraj Nambiar is South Indian, they had a Malayali wedding in the morning and in the evening they had a Bengali wedding.

Starting with pre-wedding festivities to the second wedding, here are looks opted by Mouni Roy for her D Day.

Haldi Ceremony

While every other couple choose yellow for their Haldi ceremony, Mouni Roy and Suraj chose white. The couple made a twinning statement. Mouni Roy wore a white embroidery lehenga with the heavy golden border and sleeveless blouse while Suraj complimented her with a white kurta set. Mouni Roy teamed her lehenga with white floral jewelry from the Delhi-based label prune.

Mehendi Ceremony

For the Mehendi ceremony, Mouni Roy decked up in backless yellow choli and lehenga designed by Payal Singhal. Her choli comprised of a seashell with ogle-worthy cascading tassels. Mouni complemented her Mehendi look with heavy earrings and elaborated mang tikka.

South Indian wedding

Following Suraj Nambiar's ritual, Mouni Roy donned a white silk saree with a red and golden border. Mouni wore temple jewelry for her wedding. Her neckpiece was featuring a festoon of Lord Ganesha. She also donned Mang tika and Kamar bandh.

Bengali wedding

Not pestal but Mouni Roy chose a traditional look for her second wedding. She opted for Sabyasacchi's quintessential red lehenga having heavy gold embroideries. Mouni took two dupattas placing them on her head. Glorious jewelry of polki and emerald completed her look.
