Directed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah and Mozez Singh, the medical thriller weaves an enthralling series of big pharma greed leveraging unsuspecting vulnerable people to further medical science. In the current scenario, Human stands out as a thriller for blurring the lines of exploiter, victim and truth crusader in its plot as deep dark secrets from each character’s past get revealed. It occurs when the lives of Dr. Gauri Nath, played by Shefali Shah, Dr. Saira Sabharwal, played by Kirti Kulhari and Mangu, played by Vishal Jethwa, cross paths and become intricately mingled due to the trails. Here, each character has a hidden motive to see the trials succeed or fail. Through their lives, they cinematically represent three classes of struggle and their fight to survive and hold the wrongdoers accountable. While Dr. Gauri Nath represents the power strings, Mangu, stands for the common people who become mere pawns and Dr. Saira Sabharwal represents the whistel-blower who dares to search and reveal the truth.

Laced with suspense and dark revelations of the medical community, the series is masterfully written by Mozez Singh and Ishani Banerjee. Set in 2021, two years after the Coronavirus-induced pandemic, the 10-episode long series has been produced by Sunshine Pictures Pvt. Ltd and also stars Ram Kapoor, Seema Biswas, Aditya Srivastava and Mohan Agashe.
