Thanks to the spellbinding trailer of Spider Man No Way Home, which brings back all the villains from the previous films right from Green Goblin and Dr Octopus at the end, the advance booking for Spider man No Way Home was stellar. Equipped with stellar reviews (currently it is sitting at 94% fresh rating in Rotten Tomatoes), Spider Man No Way Home swung its way to break the $1 billion dollar barrier to become the fastest movie to achieve this feat since Star Wars : The Force Awakens (2015) as per Box Office Mojo website worldwide.
After three weeks since its release, Spider Man No Way Home held on to number one position in the New Year weekend, collecting a massive $52.7 million and crossing the $600 million to collect $609.82 million, breaking the record of Incredibles 2 (2018) which collected $608.58 to become the 10th highest grossing film of all time at the US box office.
