The Kashmir Files throws light on the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits in the 1990s that led to the forceful emigration of numerous Hindus from the Kashmir valley. The propaganda film has been written and directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, who previously helmed the equally-controversial The Tashkent Files.
The Kashmir Files is an upcoming Hindi movie scheduled to be released on 26 Jan, 2022. The movie is directed by Vivek Agnihotri and will feature Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty and Puneet Issar as lead characters

It’s a heart-wrenching narrative of the pain, suffering, struggle and trauma of Kashmiri pandits and questions eye-opening facts about democracy, religion, politics and humanity.

Written and directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, the exodus drama features a stellar cast of actors including Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumaar, Pallavi Joshi and Chinmay Mandlekar.
