Prithviraj Sarnaik as Shiva Pandit sounds helpless and scared in the motion poster of Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri’s ‘The Kashmir Files’!

The Kashmir Files throws light on the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits in the 1990s that led to the forceful emigration of numerous Hindus from the Kashmir valley. The propaganda film has been written and directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, who previously helmed the equally-controversial The Tashkent Files.

The Kashmir Files is an upcoming Hindi movie scheduled to be released on 26 Jan, 2022. The movie is directed by Vivek Agnihotri and will feature Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty and Puneet Issar as lead characters

Child actor Prithviraj Sarnaik will be seen portraying a pivotal character in Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri’s highly-anticipated movie ‘The Kashmir Files’. The latest motion poster from the movie featuring Prithviraj as Shiva Pandit has been appreciated by one and all, as it showcases the actor in a vulnerable position also highlighting the plight of the situation in Kashmir.

Living up to its title, ‘The Kashmir Files’ is a true story, based on video interviews of the first generation victims of The Kashmir Genocide of Kashmiri Pandit Community. It’s a heart-wrenching narrative of the pain, suffering, struggle and trauma of Kashmiri pandits and questions eye-opening facts about democracy, religion, politics and humanity.

After garnering praises for his last critically-acclaimed film ‘The Tashkent Files’ that went on to win the prestigious National Award beginning this year, Zee Studios and writer-director Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri have collaborated again to present yet another hard-hitting film, ‘The Kashmir Files’ scheduled to release in theatres on 26th January, 2022.

Written and directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, the exodus drama features a stellar cast of actors including Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumaar, Pallavi Joshi and Chinmay Mandlekar.
