In the previous episode of Bigg Boss 15, Bigg Boss announced the ticket to finale task wherein the competitors had to pass the hurdle created by other contestants in order to acquire a position in the ticket to finale league. Bigg Boss announced Shamita Shetty to compete against Tejasswi Prakash.

The ticket to finale race has begun in full swing in the Bigg Boss 15 house. As the show is heading towards its finale, fans have been anticipating to witness who is going to be the next finalist of this season.

In a recent ticket to finale task allocated by Bigg Boss, Shamita was seen performing the task with utmost strength and giving a tough fight to all the contenders. Nevertheless while performing the task, the actress got badly bruised on her shoulder.

Shamita, who has a shoulder injury was given an option by bigg boss to allocate another female contestant to perform the task on her behalf. The star refused this offer and went on performing the task by herself. Within no time, Shamita won everyone's hearts with her never give up attitude and viewers applauded her move. The audiences seem to be supporting Shamita and they have started a trend on Twitter, tagline THE SHAMITA SHETTY ERA which is also noted to be one of the highest trends of a bigg boss contestant to date crossing 500k plus tweets.

The task also witnessed a debate between Shamita and Tejasswi, who was the first one to come out of the tunnel in where #ShamitasTribe were seen sharing videos of Shetty being the first one touching her hands to the ground, hence announced as a clear cut winner by sanchalak Rakhi Sawant.
