Mani Ratnam launches Atrangi Re's Tamil album digitally!

Even as soundtracks from Atrangi Re like Chaka Chak and Raith Zara Si are climbing charts with its sensational music, today, filmmaker Mani Ratnam released the Tamil rendition of the film's album. Composed by the living legend A. R. Rahman, the soulful lyrics have been written by Irshad Kamil and then translated to Tamil. Slated for release on Disney+ Hotstar starting 24th December, Atrangi Re will be available in both, Hindi and Tamil.

Taking to his social media to launch the album, filmmaker Mani Ratnam wrote, "The music of #GalattaKalyaanam transcends you to the magical world of love & life. The music is already winning hearts. The launch of Atrangi Re's Tamil music album by Mani Ratnam has already created a stir amongst fans down south. With Atrangi Re riding high on anticipation when it comes to its music, it has both, Bollywood and the South film industry tapping feet to its music. The makers of the film will also be launching Garda on 15th December. Today, they launched the motion poster for the song amidst all the excitement surrounding the film.

Composed by A. R. Rahman, the song has been sung by Daler Mehndi with lyrics written by Irshad Kamil. Known for making movies with heart-warming and stirring numbers, Aanand L Rai’s Atrangi Re is once again set to shatter music records.
Gulshan Kumar and T-Series, Aanand L Rai and Cape Of Good Films present Atrangi Re, a Colour Yellow production, produced by Aanand L Rai and Himanshu Sharma, produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar. The film directed by Aanand L Rai is slated to release on 24th December exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar.
