The actor recently dropped a brand new poster where he can be seen standing on a platform of a railway station in the middle of the night and screaming victory. The poster is just a still image but yet is very ferocious and we can feel the victory feel right away.The three million army of fans are all hearts for the poster. Shahid is seen wearing grey oversized pull over under a navy blue woolen waistcoat. He’s paired look with jeans and his hair is looking fine along with a well groomed beard.

Shahid says After Kabir Singh released, he went like a beggar to everybody. He has been working for 18 years and finally a film of mine did such big business. He was very uncomfortable thinking about what should she do next after Kabir Singh. Some asked him to play college boy, some asked him to play an aggressive character again. He heard this story and it stayed with me. He saw this film 2 weeks before Kabir Singh was released and he cried buckets. He saw it with wife Mira and his manager and they were both looking at him.

The actor further said then Kabir Singh happened and the story stayed close to his heart. Gautam is a very fine filmmaker and the way he has touched his emotional core, he’s proud to have played this character under his direction.

In the film, Shahid will be seen with his father Pankaj Kapur. Mrunal is playing his wife’s role. It is an official remake of a Telugu film with the same name.
