Ace actor who baffled us in the teaser and trailer of his recent ‘Dhamaka’ has come across the biggest flaws of digital release of content. ‘Dhamaka’ released on global OTT platform Netflix today and has hit with piracy now.
On the very first day of its release, it gets viral on many piracy sites like Tamilrockers, Filmyzilla, telegram and Torrents for free viewing. This movie will only have a digital release where this piracy will definitely hit the number of viewers and possible subscribers that the OTT platform could have.
Piracy has affected film industry over the years even in the past few days many films fallen prey to online piracy. Akshay Kumar’s Sooryavanshi, Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe, Dulquer Salmaan’s Kurup and Suriya’s Jai Bhim, that were also leaked online for free download and viewing on Tamilrockers and more sites.
