A street food vendor from Delhi’s Chandni Chowk area went viral on social media because he serves gol gappas in a rather unique style in a leaf.

A short clip of the street food vendor who was seen preparing gol gappas at Chandni Chowk’s Padam Chaat Corner posted by the food blogger Arjun Chauhan.

The video has gone viral with over 2 million views as netizens were quite intrigued after seeing the vendor serve the dish in a leaf plate.

In the beginning of the video he stuffed the puris with the chana and alu filling, and thereafter, dipped them in curd. Next, he served the gol gappas in the leaf plate and garnished it with chutney, sev and masala.
