Additional chief metropolitan magistrate (CMM) court has decided to reserve it's order after hearing the plea of kangana Ranaut to transfer the case of Javed Akhtar's complaint.

Actress Kangana Ranawat has been in the news ,on twitter and where not in the past year. She has made a lot of controversial statements, a lot of them were stupid according to people and some of them were extremely negative and even violence evoking according to Twitter and thus her account was banned.

At that time she had said some things which were against Javed Akhtar and she had expressed that the lyricist has not treated her well and was very rude and he threatened that she should let go of the her issue with Hrithik and she should apologise to him or she will go in depression and her career will get ruined if she doesn't stop doing what she is doing.

According to Javed Akhtar, he had not said any of the single things she said and has filled a complaint of defamation against kangana .In this case now kangana is saying that she doesn't want magistrate RR khan to hear her case who has been handling it since the past year. She doesn't have any confidence in him.

She claimed that she has been unnecessarily summoned by the magistrate as she was summoned a lot of time but the actress did not appeared to the season so the magistrate also issued an available warrant.

Javed Akhtar's advocate has said that all the accusations by kangana were proven wrong by the previous courts. Kangana on the other hand has moved to additional CMM court for transferring this case from andheri to any other court.
