Aryan Khan is in the lock up since 3 of October in the drugs cruise case. There were many restrictions imposed on him and the outsiders,no one was allowed to meet him and the bail plea was also denied the custody was extended till 7 of October.The Bombay High Court announced that the bail plea will be heard next Tuesday along with Munmun Dhamecha’s bail plea too will be heard on October 26.
On Thursday Aryan Khan's father Shah Rukh Khan visited Arthur Road jail to meet his son Aryan as the restrictions of physical meeting ended today. They met each other and communicated approximately 16 to 18 minutes. The place where they communicated seperated them through a glass partition that was between them when they were talking.It was done under the surveillance of the jail authorities.
According to the reports the bail hearing was to be done on 20 of October but they denied the bail on Wednesday .The case is now handled to Bombay High Court for further investigations. It has been 2 weeks that Aryan is arrested by the NCB. Aryan Khan along with Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha have been booked for offences under Sections 8(c), 20(b), 27, 28, 29 and 35 of the NDPS Act.
Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha are currently in judicial custody and the bail of all three of them is denied by the court. Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant are locked in Arthur Road prison in Mumbai on the other side Munmun Dhamecha is lodged at the Byculla women's prison in Mumbai.On Thursday the special NDPS court which is in Mumbai extended the judicial custody of Aryan Khan along with Arbaaz Merchant till October 30 regarding the cruise ship drug case.
