Cardi B Bagged Some Lavish Gifts for Her 29th Birthday: Even a Brand New House From Offset

Diamonds were certainly dancing at Cardi B's latest birthday festival and so was everyone in attendance. The "Up" rapper turned 29 on Monday, and the celebrities came out for her dancehall-themed bash, with the guest list containing musicians Lizzo, 2 Chainz, Chance the Rapper and more.

Husband Offset kicked off the celebrations for the mother of his just-born son with a storm of expensive gifts, including diamonds and furs, which he shared on his Instagram story. Among the several gifts was an Eliantte diamond cuban link chain styled with the iconic Playboy bunny logo as its centrepiece, with smaller bunnies enclosing the rest of the necklace.

Cardi had this 29th birthday orbited on her busy calendar: The Bronx rapper uploaded an Instagram post a day before about the party's dancehall dress code, which contained slides of different iconic dancehall looks from the past, enabling attendees to show up dressed for the event.

Cardi then on her Twitter handle expressed on Monday night's celebrations, hilariously expressing dissatisfaction about her dancing performance with friends like Megan Thee Stallion, Normani and Shenseea. Having just given birth to a baby boy in early September, no one can really accuse Cardi of losing a step on the dance floor.

Above all the elegant gifts Offset rained birthday girl Cardi with last night, he kept the grand finale up his sleeve until the party, disclosing that he bought his wife a secluded new house in her Dominican Republic homeland. The property boasts awe-inspiring details and contains six bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms, more than enough room for their now household of four. Cardi shared a private letter to Offset in response to his big indication of love.

"For one, I’m so happy that you were actually really listening to me and not just smiling and nodding your head so I could stop talkin to you about it," Cardi's post caption reads. "I love that you asked my dad to work with you on this. You and my dad are the most important men in my life and it makes me so happy that you guys are close and have your own bond and relationship."
