During the Lockdown Filmaker Vikram Bhatt and art curator Shwetambari Soni tied the knot in the month of September 2020. The newly married couples kept the marriage as a secret. But now finally Vikram Bhatt has talked about his relationship,the intricate details behind getting married and why as to celebrating his marriage privately at his house.

Vikram Bhatt on Wednesday through Instagram dedicated a self made poem to his wife as it was her birthday can't think of any other beautiful occasion to express his love He wrote "You turned me inside out, and you showed me what life was about. Only you, the only one that stole my heart away, I wanna do all I can just to show you, make you understand. Only you, the only one that stole my heart away. Happy birthday me love. @shwetaambari.soni."

In one of the interviews with mid-day he opened up about the marriage details and said it was all decided that we would marry each other in a grand way but he says due to the pandemic it didn't happened the way we decided. He said "Even my friends couldn't come. We had initially thought of having a wedding, but the pandemic ."

He opened up about the time they spend with each other before marriage he said after they first met in 2016 they dated each other for three years. He expressed his love for her and loves the fact that she is not belonging to the film category and says "She doesn’t belong to the world of films, so I love coming home to someone who has been in a completely different world."

Krishna Bhatt daughter of Vikram Bhatt says she was unaware about his father's secret marriage. In one of the interviews she said "My parents got divorced 25 years ago. It took a while for me to understand that. I got accustomed to my parents not being together. I grew up and as I started taking on emotionally complicated scripts of my own, I realised that everyone has one life and everyone does what makes them happy. I found out about my dad's wedding much later. He thought I was a little girl who wouldn't be able to face this news. I suppose for your parents, you never grow up."

Speaking about the bond with her father she said "The bond between my father and me matters, and I am glad that remains unchanged." In one of the interviews he was asked by the interviewer that if he takes as a concern his daughters permission, he said "Krishna is now old enough to understand relationships. I didn't have to ask her. She knows her dad has a private life that is his."
