BTS are always together just like family since their debut. The seven members have been through everything together, and it is no surprise that they see each other as brothers.
The group continued with the theme of relaxation and took some time to eat some delicious food and make some puns. Members were fed a nice meal by Mad for Garlic, a restaurant chain based in South Korea.
It was a unique and high-class breakfast to begin the day with lots of choices to choose from. Of course, many items contained the star ingredient garlic.
They also prepared some foods without garlic (although it seems unheard of for Italian food) for Jin. He revealed in 2019 that he has a mild allergy to garlic. Despite being the foodie of the group and the go-to chef, he has even been cooking a lot less often due to food allergies.
With all of the options, BTS enjoyed a great feast before starting the main activities for the episode. Clearly, they enjoyed the food provided by the restaurant chef.
Feeling inspired by the dishes, J-Hope suggested a potential sequel for their chart-topping song of the summer, “Butter.”
J-Hope: Garlic is really good for you. We should release a song about garlic! Since we released “Butter.”
Jungkook: For sure.
He even started songwriting on the spot, and the members approved of his ideas. Should we name it ‘Garlic?’ ‘Smash like garlic!'
All members of this family know the key to a great relationship is joking around with each other. In Episode 154 of Run BTS!, the members proved that this was very much the case with them.
RM read out what they would be doing during the episode.
However, as soon as RM started reading the card, the members seemed worried as he added, “The theme for today’s Run BTS!, is literally “Run BTS!
Rm Said, "Starting right now, you have to run 30km to the Yongsan company building in Seoul. You have to run!"
As soon as those words left his mouth, the members seemed shocked, and their reactions were hilarious. Jungkook and V were the first members to be shown, and their expressions went from confused to shocked and then worried.
Jin and J-Hope seemed equally confused, and Jin almost seemed as if it was too unrealistic.
Luckily, the members quickly realized that it was all a joke, and Jimin seemed relieved as he snatched the card from RM and found out that their leader had been making up the words.
It seems as if RM is definitely actor material as J-Hope was adamant that he believed their task was a 30km run! Jin even added that he thought it was the perfect set-up with the staff feeding them a lot of food and then making them run.
In the end, RM read out the proper task, but it didn’t stop the members from feeling an immense sense of relief spreading through the members!
BTS also looked back at past episodes before sending it off on hiatus. Viewers were given the chance to vote for their favorite episodes and moments.
Viewers considered Suga‘s best Run BTS! clip of all time. With over 12,000 votes, Episode 11, Dalbang School, took first place! In this episode, Suga played a female version of himself, Min Yoonji.
Suga seemed happy to reunite with this feisty transfer student who, he says, looks exactly like his aunt.
Jungkook, on the other hand, might have been cringing a little on the inside. “Let’s stop here,” he said before the school sketch could really get rolling. At Dalbang School, Jungkook played a “cool guy” with a warm heart.
Min Yoonji is especially popular with international fans, according to Jin and J-Hope. They love to upload her photo on social media.
Despite only appearing in one episode, she has amassed her own following. Fans have created Min Yoonji memes, fan art, and even Mattel dolls!
Also, BTS played a whisper challenge game where they had to guess words without hearing them. When J-Hope passed “carbonara” on to Jimin, it became the now famous “lajimolala.”
Only Jin, the last member in line, could save the day and, miraculously, he did!
Jin correctly guessed the right word, despite Jimin’s mixup.
It turns out, all Jin had to do was look at the shape of Jimin’s mouth. Apparently, “lajimolala” looks much more like “carbonara.”
BTS also rewatched clips of the infamous zombie scarehouse. Long story short, Jimin, J-Hope, and Jin‘s souls temporarily left their bodies. They were terrified of everything even their own staff!
After reacting to these clips, Jimin brought up another memory. “You and I,” he said to Jin. “J-Hope and I went to an escape room.”
After going into this scary room, they immediately wanted to get out. The game hadn’t even started when they jumped on the phone and asked the escape room’s staff to turn on the lights.
According to Jin, they all just hugged and cried until it was all over!
It’s no secret that these three are easily spooked, so did Jin pick Jimin and J-Hope to go with him for this activity? It’s simple. They were the only two members left at BTS’s dorm that day!
