Recently on Saturday Samantha and Naga Chaitanya got divorced and revealed it through their social media. The news left the fans and audience awestruck. But before the announcement, Samantha's cryptic Instagram post grabbed the fans and followers attention.
A quote was shared on Friday evening by Samantha which reminded her of what her mother had once said.“When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants and murderers, and for a time, they can seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall. Think of it — always,” the quote read. Sharing the post, the Family Man 2 actor wrote, “#MyMommaSaid”.
However Naga Arjuna also shared a post reacting to the separation of Samantha and Chaitanya's announcement. His note read “With a heavy heart let me say this! Whatever happened between Sam and Chay is very unfortunate. What happens between a wife and husband is very personal. Sam and Chay, both are dear to me. My family will always cherish the moments spent with Sam and she will always be dear to us. May God bless them both with strength,”
On the workfront Samantha and Naga Chaitanya, first met during their debut film Ye Maaya Chesave, and got married in 2017. The two announced their separation four days before their wedding anniversary. According to reports, To settle the marriage (alimony), Naga Chaitanya offered a whopping Rs 200 crore to Samantha but the actress denied the offer by saying no because she is a whatever today on her own abilities.
According to the report which was published in a leading web portal states that Samantha is not in a good state after the relationship got ended but she is trying to concentrate on work. One of the sources said“It’s not easy for Samantha to get up and go to work every day. She is massively heartbroken. But she doesn’t want any project that she is associated with to suffer because of her personal life. On Saturday, Samantha and Naga Chaitanya revealed on social media about their separation.The couple said the fans to leave them alone and stop asking questions give them privacy.“To all our well-wishers, After much deliberation and thought, CHay and I have decided to part ways as husband and wife to pursue our own paths. We are fortunate to have a friendship of over a decade that was the very core of our relationship which we believe will always hold a special bond between us. We request our fans, well-wishers, and the media to support us during this difficult time and give us the privacy we need to move on. Thanking you for your support,” the statement read.
