Britney Spears goes completely naked to celebrate the demise of her conservatorship

Britney Spears successfully expelled her father Jamie Spears from the conservatorship that governs her life and money. Following the landmark decision on Thursday, the singer on her social media handle shared some jaw-dropping images of herself.

Posing in nothing but her birthday suit, the star smashed a few poses by her bathtub and composed, "playing in the Pacific never hurt anybody..."

The singer, who is likely to be freed to make her judgments in November, also explained that her remarkable toned body was not a work of photoshop. Uploading a couple of images she said, "Pssss no photo edits … the tub curves."

Meanwhile, a lawyer for Jamie Spears on Thursday condemned a Los Angeles judge's judgment to restrain him as conservator of his daughter Britney Spears' $60 million estate.

LA Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny eliminated Jamie Spears from the role on Wednesday and set a November court date to evaluate whether to discontinue the 13-year-old legal pact. The judge subbed him temporarily with an accountant proposed by Britney Spears' attorney.

"Respectfully, the court was wrong to suspend Mr. Spears, put a stranger in his place to manage Britney's estate, and extend the very conservatorship that Britney begged the court to terminate earlier this summer," Vivian Thoreen, an attorney for Jamie Spears, told in a statement.

The result was "disappointing, and frankly, a loss for Britney Spears," Thoreen said.

The 'Stronger' singer formerly notified the court that her father was governing and that she was scared of him. After he was discontinued, the pop celebrity said that she was "on cloud 9 right now."

Thoreen, nonetheless, said Jamie had assisted the singer to restore her career and re-establish a connection with her children under the conservatorship, which has overseen her personal and financial liaisons since she had a mental health breakdown in 2008. Details of the singer's mental health have not been publicly publicized.

"For anyone who has tried to help a family member dealing with mental health issues, they can appreciate the tremendous amount of daily worry and work this required," Thoreen said.

"For Mr. Spears, this also meant biting his tongue and not responding to all the false, speculative, and unsubstantiated attacks on him by certain members of the public, media, or more recently, Britney's own attorney," she added.

In a surprise move earlier this month, Jamie Spears inquired the court to end the conservatorship.
