Actor Saif Ali Khan confirms Bhoot Police Sequel is in work

Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan is on a roll after the success of his films Tanhaji and Bhoot Police. While Tanhaji was the final big bollywood hit before lockdown, his horror comedy with Arjun Kapoor recieved a lot of attention which was released on an OTT site.

In response to the film's popularity and the positive feedback he's received for his part as a Tantrik, Saif said, that there were certain scripts you read and fall in love with because you see the potential and that Bhoot Police was one of those films. Continuing further the actor added that the film was also rather close to his heart. Interestingly the actor said Bhoot Police is a family film claiming that since horror and comedy are genres best viewed in a group, you could watch a film like this with your children without them getting scared. But the fans will be pleased to know the movie's sequel is in work. Saif stated the audience were very happy with the traction movie received and have started working on the sequel.

In the film, Saif Ali Khan plays Vibhuti Vaidya, a Tantrik who is solely in the industry to make money and enjoy all of its pleasures but chooses to stay away from the job's possible dangers.
