Gulshan Kumar says he is indebted to shahrukh for start of his career, know more:

For the movie the second jungle book , mougli and Baloo , Gulshan got a call from the co producer of the movie that he wanted Gulshan to play the role of the main villain.

But the catch was that he had to go to Sri Lanka the very next day to join the shoot. But Gulshan and shahrukh were shooting the film of yes boss.

Gulshan asked shahrukh, what should he do , to which shahrukh told him to go to Sri Lanka and assured him that he will explain the situation to director and producer of their film.

Gulshan asked if he should fax his acceptance letter to Sri Lanka the next morning, to which shahrukh said go on become a star in Hollywood.
